Topics Covered Include:
- Your payroll, billing, and scheduling software may have some reports for your telephony visits, but the Dial-N-Document software will allow you to run telephony specific reports on all the data collected by your Dial-N-Document system
- Reports tab is selected by default when you open up the Dial-N-Document system
- The first seven tabs are used to set the filters for the report that you want to run
- Choose report tab lets you choose which report you want to run based on the filters you set
Clients Tab:
- Where you can search for and select specific clients that you want to be included in your report
- Important Note on the Show All checkbox:
- Will show clients that are "inactive" or discharged when checked
- Will hide the inactive clients when it is not checked (default)
- Important Note on the Show All checkbox:
- For most reports, if you don't select any clients, then the reports you run will include ALL active clients
Codes Tab:
- Used if you want to run a report by a specific code
- May be used if you want to perform an internal documentation quality check
Date Range Tab:
- Allows you set a date range for the reports you want to run
- If you don't set a date range, it will default to today's date
- If you try to run a report for an extended date range that contains a large amount of data, you may find that the system will time our befre displaying the report
- To alleviate reports timing out:
- Choose more specific clients for the report
- Narrow the date range

Discipline Types Tab:
- Used to filter your reports by a specific type of discipline
Employees Tab:
- Used to filter report by specific employees
- Important Note on the Show All checkbox:
- Will show employees that are "inactive" when checked
- Will hide the inactive employees when it is not checked (default)

Episode Types Tab:
- Will let you filter your report results based on your various service lines
Visit ID Tab:
- Each visit is automatically assigned a Visit ID by the Dial-N-Document system
- If you know the visit ID, you can enter it here to filter the results accordingly
- Note for HIPAA compliance, the Visit ID is a great way to communicate via e-mail (or other non-secure means of communication) about a specific visit without disclosing sensitive client information
Choose Reports Tab:
- Hovering your mouse over any of the reports will display a tooltip that explains what each report is used for
- Reports that are grayed-out means that those reports are not available with your payroll, billing, and scheduling software
- Non-EVV Reports consist of:
- Reports where Dial-N-Document cannot verify that the caregiver was at the client location because the caregiver used a unique client ID when documenting the visit to indicate the client
- A Non-Time and Attendance Visit, so the times and dates of the visit were manually entered by the caller instead of being auto-collected by the system
- Any of these types of variances are only possible if you allow them

Visit Reports:
Exception Reports:
- Reports regarding incomplete visits
Non-Exception Reports:
- Pertain to completed visits
Archived Reports:
- Only used if you want to run reports from a legacy version of Dial-N-Document
- If selected, you will be taken to the log-in screen of the legacy version
- Log-in with your credentials for the old site and run your reports from there
Broadcast Reports:
- Used to run reports for broadcast messages that you have scheduled
- See Broadcast Messaging Overview for more details
Exception Reports:
- Shows a report for employees that did not listen to a broadcast message
Non-Exception Reports:
- Shows a report for employees that did listen to a broadcast message
- Also a report for all text messages that have been sent
Call Reports:
- Will provide you with information about the activities that happened during a call
- Note that these reports do not provide visit information, only information regarding the phone call
Misc Reports:
Validators:
- Report that shows all Validators that are in use and who they are assigned to
- Does not require filters for this report
Phone Numbers:
- Shows all phone numbers assigned to any clients that you have filtered
- True means that the phone number is active
- False means that the phone number was once assigned to the client, but is no longer active
- Example - When the clients phone number has changed
Episodes:
- Shows the different episodes or service lines based by client based on any clients you've filtered
Disciplines:
- Shows the disciplines for any of the employees that you have filtered
