The No Documentation Report in the DND Admin. Portal shows visits where tasks or any other documentation was not collected. The report shows both Completed Visits and also Incomplete Started Visits. Complete Visits are visits with a start and end time collected, and Incomplete Started visits are visits that were started but were not ended and have been marked as Incomplete.
The No Documentation Report can be useful in identifying clients that may not have a care plan associated to their record.
1. When logged into the DND Admin. Portal remain on the Reports Tab. The No Documentation Report is found on the Choose Report Tab on the left under Exception Reports. The report can be run without any items chosen, but the report can also be run for specific clients, date ranges, and employees.
2. If you want to limit what appears on the report based upon clients, you can select the clients that you would like to see on the report. If your agency has multiple locations or types of service that is sent from your scheduling/billing/payroll program, you can further limit your search by searching by the org. If you run a search of clients and hover your mouse of the name of the client, it will show the names of the client orgs(locations or units). You can then run a search for only the clients within a certain org by entering *name of the org. For example if the name of the org shows as Atlanta, type *Atlanta in the search field and run a search. Only clients within that org will appear.
You can now move the desired clients over to the Selected box. We suggest that you not move over every client for one report as it may cause the report to time out. You can safely move a few hundred records over at a time to view on the No Documentation Report.
3. When the No Documentation report is run, it will show any visits within selected parameters. The caregiver name appears above the client name.
