Setting up a Documentation Plan so that your Employee can document Travel Time
- Navigate to Admin>Employee Groups>Add/Remove Groups by Employee
- Select the Travel Time group from the Groups box
- Select the Employees that you want to have document their travel time from the Employees Box
- Click Add
- Navigate to Admin>Documentation Plans
- Select an active Call Plan
- Click "Add New" on the top of the Active Doc. Plans box
- Name the plan anything you like that makes sense, but "Travel Time" is the most commonly used
- Under the Code Type box, select Travel so that the system knows to select only the prompts associated with travel time
- For the Mode Type, you can choose Dynamic or Static, but Static is the most common
- Static will prompt the user to enter their Travel Time
- If you are unsure about which Mode Type to use, refer to the tutorials on Static and Dynamic Documentation Plans
- "Start" is the most typical Call Type to use for Travel Time, but the Travel Time documentation can be applied to any Call Type
- The Optional Plan checkbox is not used to record Travel Time
- Verify Employee Response can be used with Travel Time so that the system will prompt the caller to verify their response
- Next, for a Static Plan, choose the codes that you want to document for this plan
- You will want to order the codes using the Up and Down arrows so that the Departure time is before the Arrival
- This is how the system expects the information to be presented
- The system can verify that the arrival time is prior to the start of the visit
