Using the Admin. Portal in Internet Explorer 11 Mode Via Microsoft Edge

If you are not able to access Internet Explorer to access the DND Admin. portal, you can access certain sites via Edge in Internet Explorer 11 Mode.  Follow the directions to set up.

Running the DND Admin. Portal on Edge in IE 11 Mode

When using the Edge browser, you can choose to run certain sites in IE 11 mode.  The following is instuction on how to run the Admin. portal in IE 11 mode.

1. Open the Edge browser and open Settings.  Settings can be opened by selecting to the three dots at the upper right side of the browser screen and and then selecting Settings.

2. From the left column, select Default Browser.
3. Choose Allow from the pull down box next to Allow Sites to be loaded in Internet Explorer mode.
4. Next to Internet Explorer Pages select Add. Enter https://beta.dialndoc.com/customer_login.aspx and Save.  You will be given a month time frame for the running of this page.

*If you are using an updated version of Edge, there may be an Internet Explorer button at the upper right of the screen.  You can select the button to run the site in IE Mode.
