Unassign a Client from the Validator

Unassigning a Validator from Clients Notes:

• Whenever a Validator device is no longer needed for a client, it's best practice to in-assign it from the client so it's ready to be assigned to another client

To un-assign a Validator:

• Navigate to the Admin>Validator tab
• Click on Un-assign a Validator and click Next
• You can search for the device by either the Serial Number of the device, or by the name of the client that it is assigned to
• Select the Validator that you want to un-assign from the Validators box and click next
• Now select the client that you want to disassociate from this Validator from the Clients box and click Finish
  • Note that you need to select the client that is assigned to the Validator specifically because a Validator can be assigned to multiple clients
