If the client cannot be recognized by the phone number that the call is coming in from, the system has others options that can be enabled to identify the client. If the caller is asked for the Validator number, then they are calling from a phone number that is not connected to a client, and the Validator option is enabled in your system. If your agency uses Validators, then regardless of whether the client has a Validator connected to them or not, the system will ask this question because it is trying to identify the client.
You'll want to ensure that the client has a phone number connected to them within the system and that it is accurate and current. You can view the phone number that Dial-N-Document has connected to the client by looking in the DND Reports section, choosing the client, and looking under the Misc. Report section in the phone number report. The report will show you the phone numbers and if they are active. If the phone number needs added or changed, you must do this in the partner program.
