If your mobile iphone phone or ipad users are having issues with the DND Mobile log in page fully loading, it may be due to the Cookie settings for the Safari browser on the device. The user may see the Dial-N-Document logo at the top of the screen, but the Log In area is missing and a blank screen appears. Follow the steps below to enable the log in screen to load.
1. Go to Settings on the device.
2. Select Safari
3. Go to Privacy & Security and select Block Cookies
4. Check Allow from Websites I Visit.
5. Exit out of Settings.
6. Attempt to load the DND mobile app again.
