User Can't Remember Password

We do not create the passwords, and are unable to see your individual password. To create a new password, the user must first be added to the Password Reset group in Employee Groups, then must call the Password creation line and will be able to reset the password. The password creation number is: 877-814-3820. You will be asked to enter your access code and agency ID, and then the system will ask you to enter your new password. The password must be 4-8 digits in length. Once you have successfully created your new password, you will be able to log into Dial-N-Document. The customer code on the log in screen is your agency ID.
