If caregivers are using the DND Mobile Web App with an android device, there may be need to clear the Cache for the browser that they are using to access the app. If a user is experiencing an issue that seems specific to their device, the browsers Cache storage may be hindering usage.
1. Open Settings on the device.
2. Select Apps
3. Select the browser being used to access the DND Mobile Web App.
4. Select Storage.
5. Select Clear Cache.
6. Close Settings and attempt process again.
