There are various settings in NDoc that allow the sending of schedules. The schedules may not transfer due to a mistake in visit type or if a care plan is not connected and it is a requirement. For example, if a visit is set as an OASIS type of visit, it is not flagged for EVV, and so it will not be sent to DND. Your system may also require a care plan attached to the scheduled visit in order to transfer. Please check the settings for your missing scheduled visit to make sure the settings are correct.
