Caregivers may see client names appearing as weird characters instead of the client name when logged into the mobile app. The issue is that they are not in a good connection area and the names are showing as encrypted. We suggest that they do a couple things. 1. Attempt logging out and logging back in to see if the encryption will go away. 2. Advise them to log into the app when they are in a good connection area prior to going to the location where they are having the issue. They don't need to start or end a visit, just log in and out.
